CINCINNATI — The Bengals' defense will be shorthanded on Sunday against the Steelers. Logan Wilson (knee) did not practice all week and is questionable for the game, while Sheldon Rankins (illness) will not play as he fights a sickness.

The Cincinnati Bengals’ playoff hopes all hinge on the team defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers at home on Sunday. A win could set them on the path to a wildcard berth, while a loss would likely kill them.

Instead, at least one surprise name popped up on the first injury report of the week. There, linebacker Logan Wilson was listed as a non-participant due to a knee injury. That threw out any idea that Wilson’s absence on Monday after the bye was merely an extra rest day.
