The Tennessee Titans fell to the Washington Commanders in a 42-19 shellacking that could have been altogether avoided. Turnovers early in the game gave the Commanders the ability to score on their first four possessions of the game.

Tennessee fell behind 28-0 inside of the first 20 minutes after a bevy of issues. The Titans lost two fumbles in the first quarter while also allowing more than 100 rushing yards, and they also totaled just one first down in the first five drives of the game.

Washington tied a team record with 21 first-quarter points and cruised from there in an easy victory over Tennessee.
