Australia batter Travis Head is eager to meet Jasprit Bumrah in the pink ball Test match. Speaking ahead of the Adelaide Test, Head warned Bumrah stating that he knew what was coming.

Australia batter Travis Head has spoken on the challenges of facing India’s ace pacer, and how he looked to overcome the same.

The two sides will now play a pink ball Test in Adelaide from Friday at the same venue where India were all out for 36 in their previous visit in 2020.

Travis Head says it’s folly to write off Australia’s Test team after their horror series-opening loss to India and quickly “put to bed” any talk of a divide between the team. Head believes the Australian trait of fighting best with backs to the proverbial wall will be on display in the second Test starting in Adelaide on Friday.

Head said: "It'll be great to tell my grandkids that I faced Bumrah. Hopefully, I'll face him a few more times, but he's definitely been a tough competitor."
