Jeremy Swayman’s slow start didn’t derail his hopes of representing his country. The Bruins goalie was named to the Team USA roster for the NHL 4 Nations Face-Off which will take place in Boston and Montreal in February. The rosters for the four teams were announced on Wednesday.

After a rough season with the Ottawa Senators in 2023-24, Korpisalo has bounced back in a big way with the Bruins this campaign. In 10 appearances this season, he has a 6-2-1 record, a .909 save percentage, and a 2.39 goals-against average.

The NHL’s next foray into international tournaments will take place from February 12-20 with the 4 Nations Faceoff. The four teams have announced their rosters today. The Finns are possibly the weakest teams on paper in terms of pure firepower but have a long tradition of playing hard and above their levels.
