The Oklahoma Sooners have experienced a lot of transition on the offensive side of the ball this offseason. They have a new offensive coordinator. Oklahoma will also deploy a new starting quarterback and a new group of pass catchers projected to start for Oklahoma in 2025.

Oklahoma football wide receiver JJ Hester has reportedly entered the transfer portal and will look to join a new program.

Oklahoma is set to lose another wide receiver to the transfer portal. Andrel Anthony, who missed virtually the entire 2024 season while still recovering from an ACL injury, will enter the transfer portal, per Hayes Fawcett of On3.

The Oklahoma Sooners continue to take hits to their roster via the transfer portal. Most of the movement has been on the offensive side of the ball, though Oklahoma lost cornerback Kani Walker, who started a number of games for the Sooners this season.

Half of the Texas losses in the portal so far have come at the defensive tackle position, which will also lose key players to graduation.
