A Sangamon County judge was expected to set conditions Friday that would have seen Sean Grayson released from jail.

The hearing set a timeline for restrictions to be set for Grayson's pre-trial release. Grayson is facing charges for shooting and killing Sonya Massey in her home in July. On Wednesday the court found the state did not provide enough evidence to keep Grayson in jail until his trial.

Grayson has been in custody since his arrest for first degree murder in the death of Sonya Massey this summer.
