The Dallas City Council on Wednesday agreed to spend up to $15 million in upgrades to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center to host the main broadcast hub for the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup. Soccer’s global governing body has yet to announce which city will host the tournament’s International Broadcast Center.
