India and China will consider "other aspects" of their bilateral ties in a calibrated manner now that they have completed pulling back their troops from the last two face-off points on their Himalayan border,

While briefing the Lok Sabha on India-China ties and the recent border truce, S Jaishankar reiterated that New Delhi remained committed to engaging with Beijing to "arrive at a fair, mutually acceptable framework for boundary settlement".

India’s foreign minster said New Delhi and Beijing will cautiously improve ties post-border conflict, focusing on national security and economic relations.
