Snow and rain are expected to fall in New York City at times on Wednesday and Thursday. Rain and snow could start falling before 9 p.m. Wednesday night, according to the National Weather Service. Forecasters expect little or no snow accumulation.

The cold persists Tuesday with perhaps a flake or two out there this afternoon, and maybe a little more as we head into the middle part of the week.
