Rodgers turned 39 pass attempts into 185 yards in Week 13 and single-handedly swung the game in favor of the Seattle Seahawks, who won 26-21. After missing a wide open Garrett Wilson in the end zone, Rodgers threw a pick-six to former Jets lineman Leonard Williams. New York did not score the rest of the afternoon.

Rodgers and the offense had a chance in the fourth quarter to mount a game-winning drive but fell short and the Jets lost their third straight game and eighth in nine games. The Jets are 3-9 and will miss the playoffs for the 14th straight season.

The New York Jets plan to keep Aaron Rodgers as the starting quarterback, despite his struggles and 3-9 record this season, interim coach Jeff Ulbrich announced Monday.
