Graham said Monday flurries will differ from snow seen Saturday night into Sunday, where the NWS office recorded 1.4 inches of snow and the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport saw 0.7 inches. Most areas saw about one to two inches.

After some snow over the weekend, temperatures remain below normal for several days. After some light snow this weekend, we are now kicking off December on a very chilly note. Highs will be stuck in the 30s for Monday and Tuesday. Normal highs are in the lower 50s for this time of year.

Snowfall reports sent to the National Weather Service in Louisville indicate the northern half of Kentucky received an inch of snow or more overnight.

Louisville is under a winter weather advisory as snow and freezing temperatures are expected to reach the area Saturday evening.
